Week 2 EOC Boston Consulting Group-Video Games

Image credited to"Marketing: An Introduction 10th Edition"
Well During this week we have been discussing about the way to establish good partnership to build  Customer Relationships. In the analysis we were discussing the planning of major companies at the time to expand and develop their brands understanding what their growth in the market will be, what this will affect directly, and where to spend the money or not . In this exercise we are using the Boston Consulting Matrix to explain my research and conclusion.

Digital downloads (mobile devices and Consoles) star
PlayStation 4 cash cow
Microsoft Xbox 360 cash cow
Nintendo (dog)

I other words. In some extra research that I did, I strongly believe that consoles are not going away even though it is very clear that mobile devices will put up a strong competition for them, Games will continue to spike around the 50's ad $60.00 for digital download, also bargain companies will find the way to enter this game but, it will just work for grandpas and grandmas (no offense to any one). This companies will be offering card, slot machines and very group like game, so with that being said, all i can say is get yours pockets ready and get ready for the next generation.

Week 1 EOC Great Customer Service

It is very well known that every industry has change within the last two decades. I guess the recession helped those whom thought everything it was about consuming and selling. At the same time I think that we still have some of that crisis in our days and money is just for those who knows how to make it. What is the game plan? Building trust with your customer and create a unique excellent experience.

It doesn't matter if your company is selling a product to another company or establishing a relationship with the consumers. It is important to realize the benefits of providing satisfaction versus supplying a need. The difference between this two is that one stops once the transaction is done and the other will last and will be refer to the next person. At the same time keep in mind that not only mouth to mouth will be the only way to have your next customer but online ratings, social media, and database to keep in touch with your clientele are strong tools to have a strong tool to achieve, monitor and control your customer experience.

"Positive word of mouth created by engaged customers has always been incredibly powerful, but never more so than today, leveraged by the strength and viral capabilities of social media – it simply breeds, multiplies and costs nothing."

I recently had the pleasure to speak with Adobe while having a technical issue and I have to admit that I didn't want the agent to hang up the phone, they connect, they are patient, they educate you without saying that you need education and make you feel important. Just like Adobe we have great examples of success such as: Amazon, Walmart, Novica, among others. With this being said we know that the days of frustration and hard time with an agent either faces to faces or on the phone are getting to an end.

During my latest review on an article released by customerexperience.co.uk I was able to address and reaffirm some of the new ethics to become successful and confident about my business as a freelancer and also able to apply the necessary changes to achieve my goal which is become rich, if not, just a millionaire. Remember trust your product, listen to your audience, research your field and your market, use the right strategies to become a keeper. Sell can be easy, have your customer to comeback takes more effort and creativity.
